Monastery of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Privina glava is probably one of most constructed monasteries. The enormous complex of churches and dormitories surrounding the old church, whose foundations date back to the 12th century. Like most monasteries, and this is linked to the Brankovic of the household. Near the monastery, in Berkasovo, despots Vuk Grgurević (Dragon Wolf), and later Djordje and Jovan Brankovic have kept fortress and proceeded out of the patrol, observing the Turkish intrusion, and therefore right here built this monastery.
